HZJ1020 assembly machine for H beam
H-beam is made up of two pieces of flange and one piece of web, the position between them influences the qualification rate of finished H beam directly. Using H beam assembly machine can locate the position of flange and web quickly and accurately, thus improve the production efficiency.
This machine is mainly composed of main machine mechanism, draw bar system, hydraulic system, input and output roller conveyer mechanism and electric control system.
The main machine mechanism is made up of base, upper gantry, web centering and clamping mechanism, flange centering and clamping mechanism, main transverse and aided clamping mechanism.
The base uses welding structure, and there are centering and clamping mechanism for web, main transmission roller and upper gantry on its upper side; On its lower side, there are transmission shaft, chain wheel and chain of the main transmission mechanism, the driving motor reducer is fixed on one side of the base.
There are upper pinch wheel and aided clamping mechanism on the upper gantry. Upper pinch wheel is fixed on the elevating beam of upper gantry, the elevating beam is driven by upper pressing cylinder, and can elevating and moving on the guiding rail of upper gantry.
The aided clamping mechanism is used to clamp web, which width is more than 1500mm, it is driven by hydraulic cylinder, and can elevating along upright post, one of the aided clamping wheels is located by manual, the other one is pushed by hydraulic cylinder to clamping web.
The web and flange centering and clamping mechanism is driven by hydraulic motor, and drive the clamping wheels by warm reducer, toothed gearing, screw mandrel and screw to center and clamp the web and flange.
The main transmission part uses motor reducer to drive, and drive the main transmission roller by chain. And the chain of main machine also makes the driving roll turn at the same speed. The assembly speed is controlled by AC frequency converter within 0.5—6 M/min.
The draw bar centering system is used to center the web and flange on the input roll preliminary, this motion is done by the two sets of web and flange centering mechanism which are driven by two hydraulic cylinders.
The centering and clamping of web, flange, and upper pinch wheel are driven by hydraulic system. The pinch strength of each motion can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve on the hydraulic station.
The assembly speed can be adjusted by changing the output frequency of frequency converter.
