Arc Length Controller
Arc Length Controller is a special welding swing controller designed for automatic welding and surfacing, with swing and lift function. The welding torch can be controlled to swing with specific preset parameters to meet the special requirements in the automatic welding process.
PLC control, with a high-brightness touch screen, all the input and output ports are photoelectric isolation, therefore, the controller works reliable, stable performance, work may be carried out without interruption for long periods of time under prescribed environmental conditions. The company over the years of the model has been constantly improved, so that the user in the operation is more simple and convenient.
Arc Length Controller Functions
- Make the slider move regularly around a midpoint at different speeds.
- Afterend of the swing to raise a distance, so that the welding torch move away from workpiece automatically.
- Has the power cut data protection function, the power cut will not lose already set each kind of working parameter.
- The parameters provided on the control panel can be changed at will, whether the oscillatoris in working stateor not , if the oscillator is in the process of operation, the current modified data will take effect at the beginning of the next cycle (Note: cycle-means the slider of the oscillator moves from the center point to the far left, from the far left through the middle point to the far right, and finally from the far right back to the center of the process called a cycle, the cycle referred to below are the same concept)

Note: The swing speed setting range is 0-45 mm/Min. If the swing speed exceeds this value, the stepping motor will lose its step and the swing device can not work normally.
